Our Strategies
Our main strategies are based on:
- the commercial and promotional synergy of our business activities, as publishers and commercial representatives and providing the means for all the websites in our networks to gain a greater combined market share;
- the high priority afforded the efficiency, speed and versatility of the customerservice we provide advertisers and their agencies in order to maximize our revenues and to enable us to stand out from the competition of large companies;
- bringing all our business activities together under the BRANCHEZ-VOUS! brand to maximize our visibility, raise our profile and enhance our credibility;
- our position as an independent player, where our impartiality plays a key role in gaining sympathy from the public and advertisers alike; and
- an operational effectiveness and a light administrative structure, including the outsourcing of certain services, that serve to keep a lid on overall costs.
Our Goals in 2006
- strengthen our position as a major independent player in the Quebec Internet based advertising market;
- begin to represent English language websites in English Canada;
- increase our Internet advertising market share in Canada;
- enhance our portal’s content;
- build customer loyalty of our video portals’ target audience;
- strengthen our team;
- ensure that the stock market has better recognition of the value of our company.
